  • Tiffin Box food was great although the track my order page was confusing as it did not change from 'order accepted' until the order was delivered to us. If there is a track my order page this ought to be refreshed so that the purchaser can see when the order is on route as opposed to being given a huge 1.5 hour waiting slot to guess the delivery time in.

  • Great food and service. Unfortunately insists that you order a main course. i.e you can't just order 10 or 20 items from the starter menu

  • Food arrived 90 minutes after placing the order - without any warning/apology. When the food did arrive, it was cold and not as good as usual. Have eaten from TB many times before - this may well be the last!

  • I have always been very happy with the standard of food and level of service provided by Tiffin Box, however I was not impressed by the service on this occasion. Although the delivery guy says otherwise, I was not notified when my food had been delivered; resulting in it being left in the reception of my block of flats for over half an hour before the takeaway finally rang me to tell me where it was. When I opened the bag I found that I had been given rice instead of naan bread. Food was cold & not even what I had ordered.
